We are delighted with our new caravan (Sprite Musketeer) bought from you recently. It really is in “showroom “ condition. When we came to collect the van we were impressed with the warm welcome we received and the friendliness of the staff. The van was ready with the extras we asked for all fitted exactly as requested. You might not have a “posh“ showroom and salespersons in smart suits but you know how to look after your customers.
We were particularly impressed with Mike who, with great patience and attention to detail, showed us around the various functions of the van. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Your after sales service is also impressive. One or two small items were absent from the van or mover. A quick call from myself and they were posted as soon as they were available. I am sure any future warranty work that may be required would be done with the same efficiency and to the entire satisfaction of the customer.
We can strongly recommend North Western Caravans to anyone looking to buy a caravan.
